Mistake the date.. the submission of date is 27 MAR not 27 feb… so pai seh that make a mistake… lucky never went down to ITE if not more pai seh, haha…

The consultation was just a few minutes loh.. He ask me did I have history of epilepsy, colour blindness, history of metal illness…. I told him I have eczema..
“The doctor have hereby completed a medical examination of the student (which is me). Doctor find her to be FREE from organic and infectious disease and is physically and mentally FIT to purse the Nitec in Nursing course in ITE, which includes performing direct patient care at healthcare institution.”

Pass medical check-up..
